Ohio Man Charged With Child Porn On Church Laptop

CINCINNATI (AP) — A Cincinnati man has been charged with using his church’s computer to view and distribute child pornography.

Federal authorities say 28-year-old Albert Stone swapped explicit photos over the Internet using a laptop computer from the Assembly of God Church in Hamilton.

A federal complaint filed in Cincinnati states that Stone attracted the attention of FBI agents in New Orleans and Houston working on child pornography investigations.

Stone could face five to 25 years in prison if convicted. He was arrested Wednesday, and federal authorities say he’s being held pending arraignment and has no lawyer listed.

The pastor of the church some 30 miles north of Cincinnati says Stone joined it four years ago but left several months ago.
