Retired minister arrested on child sex offense charges

An 82-year-old minister who allegedly molested two girls while living in North East is awaiting extradition after being arrested in Montana, prosecutors confirmed Tuesday.
Assistant State’s Attorney Kevin B. Urick, who specializes in sex offense cases, said a Cecil County grand jury handed up a four-count indictment against Donald Belcher in November, charging him with third- and fourth-degree sex offense and two counts of sexual child abuse.
